For me, the most interesting thing about these shots are the angles. The pool shots are amazing from the perspectives you chose to photograph them from, and the textures of the table and his hand/arm are so crisp and detailed. The angles in the staircase photo are also very visually compelling, especially with all of the light contrasting with the dark black door and railing.
